Volunteers Information

  • Volunteers are welcome year round.
  • Onsite volunteers are limited to a max of 4 at a time
  • Intern/Volunteers will work with the Spanish Mustangs of the preserve.  For full information of duties please contact us using the form below.

Expectations

  • Horse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Volunteers are covered by out accident and liability insurance but are strongly suggested to be covered by their own medical policies.
  • Drivers License is not required.
  • We will pick you up and drop you off at the airport or bus station.
  • We expect the rules of the ranch to be followed.  They are there to keep you safe.  That is absolutely required.  
  • We host volunteers/Interns from around the world.  The waiting list for 2014 has already began and 2013 is over 1/2 full.  April -May 2013 has only space for one more onsite volunteer.
