Since 2008, we have led the effort to bring awareness to public about America’s hidden treasure, its Spanish Mustang. We do this not only through advocacy but through education, outreach, our preservation program as well our ongoing historical records and restoration library.

Our Mission

To support educational efforts; undertaking and sponsoring breeding programs; training programs for breeders, horse-owners, horse-trainers and others; maintaining Native American traditions regarding the breed; participating in re-enactments and period events; providing breed-typical environments for herds owned or sponsored by the Windcross Conservancy and other similar efforts set out in the by-laws, in the US and abroad.

What a wonderful place ….. sharing the history & keeping the bloodline alive of the Spanish Mustangs. I am so lucky to live within driving distance. Will be there for another visit soon. Keep up the great work Lucia Davis-Roda. :)
